“I’ve learned that people forget what you say and do….but never forget how you make them feel..”

This is all about the senses that make us all tick……try and look at the impact you are having on your people by the way you ask them to do and then asking them how they feel about your style…..can really help to open your eyes.

What is worse….Training people and they leave or not training them and they stay?..!!

If they do leave you need to find out why and take steps to improve your process.

If you don’t train them they will never fulfil what you need them to do….and think of the COST to you and your business..!!
